The Theta Healing Method was created by Vianna Stibal. Through her personal journey toward healing, she developed this technique, which is based on Theta brainwaves and is currently practiced in over 100 countries worldwide.
The Theta Healing Method is a path to self-discovery, self-improvement, and empowers us to recreate our reality.
In a session, through a brief meditation, we connect with the frequency of Theta waves. This is a state of deep calm and relaxation where it’s easy to make changes.
Next, through conversation, we identify beliefs that no longer serve us and replace them with beneficial ones that can help us grow and evolve in life.
With the Theta Healing Method, we also have the ability to instill concepts and feelings that an individual may not have experienced or felt until now for various reasons.
